All properties accept cash and card payments (JCB, Mastercard, and Visa).
Do the properties require a security deposit or hold an amount on my credit card upon check-in?
Yes, a standard incidental deposit of *AMOUNT* is required upon check-in for all properties (usually in cash or credit card authorization). This amount is fully refundable upon check-out, provided no damages or additional charges are incurred.
How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Each Jinjiang Inn Philippines property only has one (1) on-site restaurant – Horizon Café, which is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Jinjiang Inn Makati: On-site parking is available. Complimentary one (1) car park slot per reservation on a first come, first served basis.
Jinjiang Inn Ortigas: On-site parking is available. Complimentary one (1) car park slot per reservation on a first come, first served basis.
Jinjiang Inn Boracay: No car parking is available at the property.
Do you have smoking rooms?
We do not have any smoking rooms. All rooms are non-smoking.
